Welcome to Talent Connect Job Fair 2026. By registering and participating in this job fair, candidates and companies agree to the following terms and conditions.
Job Fair Process
The Talent Connect Job Fair 2026 is conducted in two phases:
Online Aptitude Test — All registered candidates must complete the online aptitude test.
Direct Interviews — Only shortlisted candidates from Phase 1 are eligible for direct interviews with companies.
Important Dates
Company Application Rules
- Candidates may apply to a maximum of 5 companies, subject to each company’s eligibility criteria.
- Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis.
- Each company has a limited number of application slots.
- Once the limit is reached, applications for that company close automatically.

Successful applicants receive a Hall Ticket containing:
- Company name(s)
- Interview venue
- Reporting time
- Other relevant instructions
Company Decisions and Responsibilities
The following are determined solely by participating companies:
- Eligibility criteria
- Number of vacancies and applications accepted
- Selection process and interview rounds
- Salary, compensation, job role, and location
- Bond or service agreement terms
- Work mode (Onsite / Remote / Hybrid)
- Joining date and onboarding process
One Team Solutions EdTech Pvt Ltd, Progressive Techies, futuremug, and Jain University do not influence or control any of the above decisions.
Candidate Responsibility
Candidates are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing job descriptions carefully before applying
- Ensuring they meet all eligibility criteria
- Verifying salary, job location, work conditions, and other terms
- Carrying an updated resume and required documents
- Reporting to the venue on time as mentioned in the Hall Ticket
Candidates who do not meet eligibility criteria may be denied entry to interviews even if they submitted an application through the portal.
No Guarantee of Employment
Participation does not guarantee shortlisting, interview selection, job offers, or employment. Final hiring decisions are made exclusively by participating companies.
No Fees Charged
No registration fee, placement fee, service charge, or any other fee is collected from candidates or participating companies at any stage.
If anyone claims to collect money in the name of the job fair, do not pay and report it immediately to the organizers.
Accuracy of Information
While organizers strive for accuracy, company details may change at any time, including vacancies, salary, eligibility, interview dates, and venue details. Organizers are not responsible for changes made by participating companies.
Technical Issues
Organizers are not liable for website downtime, slow loading, connectivity issues, OTP or email delays, or device/browser problems. Apply early using a stable internet connection.
Fair Usage Policy
False information, multiple accounts, manipulated submissions, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate disqualification.
Interview Attendance
Candidates must download and carry the Hall Ticket, bring an updated resume, carry valid photo ID, and follow all venue instructions. Failure to comply may result in denial of interview access.
Data Usage and Privacy
By registering, candidates consent to sharing their profile, resume, and test results with participating companies solely for recruitment purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Organizers are not responsible for rejection by companies, changes in recruitment plans, withdrawn openings, offer cancellations, joining delays, or employment termination after joining. Employment disputes must be addressed directly with the hiring company.
Right to Modify
Organizers reserve the right to modify dates and schedules, add or remove companies, change rules and procedures, or cancel or postpone any part of the event without prior notice.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering and participating in Talent Connect Job Fair 2026, candidates and companies acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in this disclaimer.
